Staff Updates

Farm Financial Specialist

As the AgrAbility Farm Financial Specialist, Clark Williams helps agricultural producers evaluate their financial situation, practice sound financial management strategies and find alternative programs and production options. Producers with disabilities often see a decrease in farm income because they are not as physically able to work long hours, have to hire additional labor, may have large medical bills and may deal with other management stresses. Clark is available to provide consultation on farm financial issues, including farm expansion or contraction, business niches, retirement, liquidation, vocational rehabilitation self-employment and Social Security Work Incentives programs for people with disabilities.

Project Coordinator

Traci Naile replaced Rachael Kircher as the AgrAbility Coordinator in late April. As the Project Coordinator, Traci will represent Oklahoma AgrAbility at trade shows, give educational presentations, help maintain AgrAbility's resources and coordinate Oklahoma AgrAbility's marketing and service efforts. Please e-mail or call Oklahoma AgrAbility to obtain Traci's or other staff assistance with client information and referral, training opportunities, educational programs and resources or other AgrAbility related requests and suggestions.
